HAD TO RELOAD PROGRAM AFTER IT FAILED TO UPDATE.

The program had updated a couple times without issues and then it failed with a 1603 code. The only way I found to get around it was to uninstall and reinstall the program from the disc which uses one of the 5 installations with the program. Took time and fortunately did not have a problem after that which used all the included installs.

This product works really great. Takes me through every detail and prevents and finds any errors. E-file is easy and secure. I have been using TurboTax for more than 20 years.

problem with Legal Service Plan Benefit

TT insisted on Schedule C for a 1099-MISC. It is from a legal services plan benefit and only $23 -- not for or from a business that I have.

Great until its time to pay

You should advise people to shrink the size of their screen to about 45% so they can see the stupid CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page when you attempt to pay for your state filing fee with a credit card. I spent more time trying to pay this stupid fee than it took me to fill out my tax return!

Trubo tax will not send returns!

More than two hours or retrying and it will NOT sen exilian.... and give only the following message which is useless "Looks like we've had a technical hiccup" a useless non informational response.
