Turbo tax improved, but could improve more

Downloads worked well, but efile was bad. Two rejections, and proposed solution was error in taxable income(your #) both times, when in fact, I think it was inclusion of a k-1, which you know requires a mailed return.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbotax is great for non-accountants that don't understand all of the tax jargon but want to do their own taxes. It guides you through each question, has simple instructions and helps get the work done! I always feel confident that my returns are correct.

Solid product, relatively easy to use.

Have been using the product for years and it is a solid product, relatively easy to use. I gave 4/5 starts because I think the navigation is sometimes difficult. For example, moving into business expenses, and need to answer 5-6 questions, over and over again, even though I know what section I want to go to input updated values. Wish there was a quick navigation menu on the side somewhere so I could sat in interview mode, but go to the exact point iun the interview I want because it has remembered all my previous answers.

This works pretty well. Sometimes jumping between my taxes and my kids taxes it can get tricky. Otherwise I like using Turbo Tax, I do wish the library for info was a bit easier to use as well.
