I HAD A PROBLEM WITH ORDERING THE AUDIT DEFENSE THIS YEAR SO I CANCELLED IT ( IT WAS STUCK IN A LOOP BETWEEN SAVING THE RETURN AND SELECTING PAYMENT METHOD) BUT NORMALLY HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SOFTWARE.

Turbo Tax Didn't go well for me this year

There were several issues that arose with filling in the data this year resulting in a long delay and then TT didn't e file my Fed and State at the same time and it was very difficult and not at all intuitive to e- file the State separately. I am very unhappy. I've been using Turbo Tax since around 2003.

It is sort of easy to download if you know how to do application downloads. Helps to have a knowledgeable friend or family member around when getting going. Can't understand why it doesn't load from CD. The stepwise approach is simple. Didn't understand why it was trying to force me to enter child support type questions (I don't have any kids). I guess I skipped something somewhere. Eventually I redid that whole section and it went away.
