Turbo Tax is a RIP off!!!

Purchased Montana state software for $50 only to be charged $25 to submit return and another $40 fee in addition to it. So a total of $115 to just submit a 2 month job in Montana when the tax owed was only $131 total.

I have used Turbo Tax back to when it first began and it has made tax season a holiday. I appreciate the people who put in so many endless hours to make this happen and I wish I could tell you personally how wonderful you are!

It's so difficult to navigate

I was trying to find the subject where I can change the percentage of the home used for work related items. I can't even find. Please make it easier to navigate. Also searching for help and sending us to FAQ is not the answer. Provide us with answers from your tax experts.

Single-no kids, yet stuck in Child Tax Credit loop
on April 18, 2022

I am single, no kids. Easy input into Turbo Tax. Although the sections on HSA are quite confusing. No big deal compared to clicking to efile.... then it drops me into an error in Form 8812... Child Tax Credit.... this does not apply!! It was nearly impossible to get out of... I had to ask google what triggers the F8812, then had to go through all the Child Credit categories to say 'no, no, no!' - then it finally let me out & file. You really need to fix that!
