Horrible Experience

I feel as though you need to be an expert to fill out some of this. I was left nearly in tears of frustration, feeling as though something is wrong and needing help. So disappointed. I will not be using Turbo Tax again.

Excellent Once Installed

My only issue with this year's installation was the option to install to a specific directory was so well-camouflaged I didn't see it until I'd committed to a default installation. It was high up on the screen where no normal person would expect to find it, was the same color as the background on the screen, and there was no confirmation to recover from the mistake.
However, once installed, Turbo Tax came through -- like it always does. Bravo!
