Software is decent, but state e-file mispriced

I looked up the e-file price for state ahead of time and saw $19.99 as the price for that. When I got to that step in actually filing, it was raised to $25.

Prior year AGI glitch

I have my prior years tax returns saved yet the e-filings have been rejected for incorrect AGI. This is not the case yet I have to file by mail as the Turbo Tax return is not acceptable. This is very frustrating.

This year I had a bad experience for two reasons: 1. I e-filed on 04/15/2022 and have printouts but had to file again 04/17/2022 because after checking for confirmation there was nor record. 2: I had to pay $25 for the 2nd filing because your system recorded the 1st filing but found no record when I checked. This situation is very disturbing, it's almost like it's a scam to get payment without providing a service.

Survived another year of DIY taxes!

Turbo Tax makes me feel smart. But really, they just ask the questions the right way so that I don't have to spend hours, days, months trying to figure out "tax-anese". This is the way to go.
