Not great experience

Very slow, also wasn't prompted to upload W2s which would have saved more time. Search functionality was not working either.

Using TurboTax is a no brainer for me and my circumstances. I have grown from using it when I was doing relatively simple taxes to Deluxe version to handle my family's nuances.

Extremely Frustrating

For the second year in a row I have had to use an old computer that hardly works in order use Turbo Tax because the program cannot be used on my new ASUS computer. The only solution provided is to change my aspect ratio on the laptop but the laptop has heavy use and cannot be taken out of commission with a changed aspect ratio while taxes are done, which can take a few sessions given time constraints. So having to use the old computer takes HOURS longer and is very frustrating. I won't go through this again next year.

Problems with E-filing

I have e-filed for my dad for years with turbo tax. When I tried this year it kept saying his AIG was off from last year. I buy turbo tax premier every year so his last years return transferred over. I kept getting the same error AIG incorrect. It was not incorrect. I waited a few days and ran an update on turbo tax to see if that fixed the problem, it did not. i had to file them by mail.
