TurboTax is the worst

I usually have a good smooth time with turbo tax. This time their routing thru menus and rerouting thru same questions was a joke. Even their billing had problems. Not sure I will use them again.

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe-CD/download for about 10 years now and have been very happy with the results. I'm able to steer through a lot of tax details with guidance from the program. I will continue to use this product.

I have used TT for about 20 years and i like the overall experience. However WHY DO I HAVE TO RESUBMIT SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MANY TIMES OVER REPTETITIVE INFORMATION????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

TurboTax is Easy

TurboTax is very easy to use, it leads you through the whole process by asking questions. TurboTax checks the return information and asks appropriate questions to resolve any discrepancies.

Was not as user friendly as previous years. Had a glitch in the system that generated a form and error about "abode". The only way to move beyond it was to put a zero in the field. Also, it did not populate the M1PR like previous years. I had to fill out the whole form myself. This is not a big deal but, it took me forever to find out I did nothing wrong and its another glitch in the system. I'm so done with turbo tax
