Overall, very quick and easy to import data and step through the process. However, I work for a county government and am not able to import my W9 info, not sure why. Help text is very tiny on my monitor, making it very difficult to read.

I don't understand why I owned to much in my taxes this year and why I could not take advantage of the American Opportunity Tax Credit (my daughter is in college). I want to understand how tax laws effect me and I don't trust this software. It would be helpful if you provided tax people to talk with or training to help me understand it.

The return kept returning to a question I answered, something that did not apply to myself. It wasn't something I misread or misfiled. Strange. I really hope this doesn't back to bite me in the butt.
