I had to hit transmit twice, and some of the form questions were not asked during the interview process. They were caught on the verification checks but there were missing questions on both mine and my daughter's returns.

Turbo Tax is GREAT

I have been using Turbo Tax ever since it came out. In all these years I have never had any trouble and I especially like the guidance with questions about each topic. Using that feature has always kept me up to date on laws and ensured I get the most in refunds. I also like the ability to look at the exact spot I am in the form to better understand what the Feds want and being able to research the topics helps to complete the forms with confidence. I always highly recommend TT to my friends and anyone who is filing on their own that I talk with. I once started my own business and used the business version of TT and it allowed me to do my own taxes without having to hire an accountant, that I couldn't afford anyway. Love the product!!

Simply I would be lost without Turbo Tax. I like how you are given the option to walk you thru all the options. It's updated with everything you need to know to get the returns done in a short amount of time.

Got a weird flag on a schedule 8812 for dependent children - which should not even be applicable - entered 0. and was able to transmit.
