Turbo Tax is great

I have been using Turbox Tax for more than 20 years and I rely on Turbo Tax to help me calculate my taxes correctly. I would only like them to put a menu of where to go when one stops in the middle of the return, but other than that I trust Turbox.

I love Turbo Tax. I've been using it for years. I love that Turbo Tax does all the calculations for me. I especially love the process of doing my taxes. I just need to answer questions and plug in my information and Turbo Tax does the rest. They even let me know if I need to correct anything before I file my taxes. I remember having to do my taxes by hand this is way better.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 25 years. I hate that you took the Jump To function away. So hard to find some things when you just need the link (for example.......apply refund to next year).

TurboTax seems increasingly hard to use

I've been using Turbotax since it began (1990s?). Maybe it's me getting older or maybe it's my taxes getting more complex or maybe it's the government making taxes harder to figure out, but I'm frustrated at how complicated taxes have become. I long for the days when things were simpler. I remember that Turbotax used to ask simple questions which I readily knew the answers to. Now, it seems like every question is a trigonometry equation.
