Was straightforward for the most part and allowed me to get a rather uncomfortable task done before the deadline.
Ik that there are free ways to file taxes, but at a time like this, its well worth the asking price just to make sure you aren't in hot water with the government.

Overall it was better this year than last. But from my perspective there remains a serious flaw. There are times some of the questions are not clear. I don't understand what exactily you are asking or saying, I don't speak IRS ze, I know you review the program before you release it, but you all know what you are saying and reading. It would help if you just simply explained what is being asked for.
