good, but could be better

Uncommon items can be difficult to sort out, some can not seem to ever work. The way they charge for a single state return is deceptive. They prepare it for free but then charge to file it.

In past years, at the end of this experience, you would compare years I had filed with one another, noting where there were changes or discrepancies. I appreciated that comparison, which has disappeared. Please bring it back.

Need work on crypto

Yall need to work on including the crypto page with all your products, took me 3 days to figure it out as to import files from outside source

I am happily satisfied with this product, planned to continue using it. Always recommended to family, friends and acquaintances. Will never again recurred to an expensive professional, when I can easily do it myself!

Has worked well for me for years

Relatively intuitive and easy to use. Keeps a running total which is helpful. Only suggestion is once information is populated, automatically populate it every time it comes up again. For example, once I enter Real Estate Taxes, every place that comes up again it should be pre-populated with the same number.

I don't know why they keep asking me to review. I wouldn't have used TurboTax for the last 8 years if it wasn't doing the job exactly as I needed.
