Turbo Tax walked me through most of the things that I needed to enter and explained most things. It is time consuming but ok. It is helpful that it pulls information from previous year's returns when we previously filed with Turbo Tax. The primary thing that was frustrating this year is that it never prompted me anywhere to enter the advance child tax credit payments we received. I had to Google how to enter these and pull it up manually in Turbo Tax to enter this information.

All good and easy to use. Had some internet access issue due to router setting/model... it got overcome by using a different router in house
