Easy to use.

Even though there were numerous changes this Turbo Tax is still the easiest tax product available - even for this senior lady.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. I really like the step by step process and the choices to review each section. Also they make it easy to print and save your taxes.

Mostly a very good experience. One area to improve is the re-entry of data. Examples are name entries, AGI entries, my address, etc. If you are allowing for people wanting to use different addresses for different things, then autofill and allow editing.

the main issue i had was I could not navigate without starting over. a tile with previous frames (like Microsoft uses) would be helpful

Less grief than HRB this year

Turbo Tax helped me when another tax software glitches let me down. I have been a true HRB user for 20 years and will use Turbo Tax from now on. Thank you

Frustrated at times

I probably should have asked one of your experts for assistance, but I forgot it was an option. So instead i became frustrated with answering some questions mostly because i did not know exactly what the right choice was in some of the dropdowns...the choices i thought were not explicit enough and so making the right selection was difficult. Maybe, consider updating your program with more clarity for those of us over 65. And because i had to vascillate and ponder how to answer the questions, the filing process was impeded and slow. For example: Just like down below...under "your relationship"...I am widowed not single" but i chose single...although i still think of myself as married and i filed as married!!! Yet technically I am not married...but widowed, Lastly, the end of the intuit process was frustrating to say the least...you should make it short and sweet.
Otherwise, i have used this program for at least 20 years and find it reliable, very accurate, easy to navigate, user friendly and worth the money. I give the program four stars.

Frustrating

Turbo Tax is great for walking you through the tedious process of state and federal taxes, however there are issues. Primarily, It advertises free state taxes on t.v. and working through the program, it told me that my first state was free and I would be charged (I believe it was $40) for the second state. When I moved into the state tax section I was directed to input my payment information. I was then moved on the inputting other information. When I finally got to the end, it had my put the payment information again. First frustration. Then, the payment summary screen came up and the program was charging me $25 each for both states and sales tax. What?? Second (and big) frustration and annoyance.Then, the final blow, the program directed me to "save the file to print" when I wanted to print my hardcopy. So, I saved the file, again, and tried to print it. Back to the save box. I could not believe that I could not just simply print a copy of my tax file!
So, I rated Turbo Tax with two stars because it is a good tax filing program, but when it comes to wrapping up at the end of the process, I find that there is an issue of some kind every year. Add that to charging me for both states and I'm thinking this is probably my last year using this program.
