Turbo Tax does not close out correctly

Seems turbo tax sent federal and printed state correctly and that part closed correctly BUT there always seems to be a BUT. Seems I inserted a video in the DVD player and Turbo Tax wanted to write a .ini file and since I had removed the DVD for Turbo Tax and inserted a video which means it cannot be wrote to BUT Turbo tax kept trying and I was busy. I normally do not use the PC as a DVD player I just went on my way. When I tried to install Turbo Tax Is when I came across the problem, if Turbo Tax wants my solution then they can contact me

I was unpleasantly surprised that we had to pay an additional processing fee. The software would indicate that this was part of the purchase price.

turbo tax Vs. IRS

Return is rejected due to AGI is incorrect. Went to the IRS web site and confirmed AGI was correct. Problem with Turbo Tax or the IRS. Don't know but will now have to file via US Mail. 6 - 8 weeks to process if not longer.

Turbo Tax Good BUT Has Issues Now

used for years. Always been great. Still easy to use but this year too many problems occurred. 1-would not import prior year via file nor PDF.
2. Had issue with dependents (form 8822?) and had to google to get around it. -- this should have simply been fixed by now.
