Works great every year. Never any issues! If I have any questions, these are usually answered by clicking on the "help" or "explain" areas on the page. I highly recommend Turbo tax for the first time tax filer or someone that has been doing manually for years!

Once I was able to download and install, Turbo tax was easy to follow and helped me a lot in completing and filing my federal and state taxes.

Mostly easy to follow. Quick to fill out and process but I have simple taxes to file.
I have used Turbotax for about as long as they have been in business and will use no other. I tried a different one once and immediately went out and got Turbotax to use instead. the other was too complicated. I will continue to use this software as long as available.

quick update when IRS could not link surname with name on file due to middle initial populating at beginning of surname
