No Form 709 Support

I've used TT for many years and recommend it. However, this year I needed to use form 709 Gift (and Generation-Skipping Transfer) Tax Return and discovered TT does not support it which was disappointing.

TurboTax Is User Friendly

I like this product. But I hope it will become easier to use in the future - for those of us who are filing a couple of years late. And I hope the options for making a payment is made better as well. Maybe TurboTax could provide some clearer instructions on how to submit payments to the Internal Revenue Service.

Turbo Tax Review

Not really negative, just had trouble with Updating Turbo Tax on main PC (Windows 10). Kept getting error: "Failed to install ... Microsoft error 1606." Installed and completed fine on my laptop. Been using Turbo Tax for over twenty years, never this problem.

Turbo tax has deteriorated over the years

I have used Turbo tax for 20 or so years. I used to love it, but it is not as good. I used to like the feature of clicking on a cell, and then it would take you to the originating form. This is now hit or miss. The help feature has also deteriorated. Clicking on helpl doesn't always take you to explanations.
