Fantastic

I have been using TurboTax for almost 20 years now and I have always been happy with how the product can walk you through every aspect needed. I have a small business and information from those tax forms must be included with my personal ones and there's never been a glitch.

lots of problems this year

Have used Turbo tax for decades, this year alot of trouble getting it to work properly - especially updating your product. Spent twice as much time finally figuring this out then it did to actually do my taxes. With taxes getting more complicated, might just be going to an CPA next year.

Turbo tx is great

My efile attempts failed on 10 April 2022 for both federal and state taxe returns. Per my phone followups, both showed not submitted. Second submission attempt 0n 13 April 2022 showed both as submitted per a walk thru with a Turbo representative. on same day i got an email saying both was rejected due to 2020 AIG error. I couldn't figure out how to fix the rejection problem. The AIG amount (112, 798) was same on both returns.

not as smooth this time

state email filing not going through. Not getting any prompts for correction. Let's just drop that and I'll file it manually. Have time in Md. First time in six years Turbo tax was a bit of a chore.
