Turbo Tax is ok

I have used this program for 20 years. My tax situation has not changed over the years, so I basically use this program as a typewriter and the IRS forms (1099 filing excluded). Fees are inflated and hidden. Because Fed not accepted (verified prior year AGI not recognized) state was rejected. Turbo Tax provided nothing to resolve this, what should be a simple problem and does not refund state filing fees.

I used it for the first time this year. The guides for providing information were great.

Great as usual. Did find myself filling out a few forms that I never had to deal with before like the Child Care form. The form showed we were not entitled to any credit, but still had to check boxes in the error analysis. I love the fact that it transfers the relevant information from the previous year. In the case of charities, it is a good memory jogger

I have used Turbo tax for many years and am overall very happy with it. It just seems that everyone using the software has to pay for e-filing state taxes when there should be one free one as advertised.
