Turbo Tax guides a filer through all possible Tax scenarios to get us a biggest refund. Very accurate.

Turbo Tax is great

Prior year data is imported so you just fill in the amounts on these forms. This simplifies data entry plus reminds you of missing data. This is a great feature and you can complete your taxes in short time/

Handling of State Return

Came as a surprise to see a charge of $25 to file state return electronically! TT says one free state tax form but it's not free if I need to pay for electronic submission to get my refund. On top of this, no indication at that point of how to cancel the electronic filing & revert to mail. Very frustrating.

Could do better

TurboTax experts are awesome. More could be done for ease of use. Simple things like bringing in prior year bank and ID information when a prior year return is transferred. I know this is done in other programs. It feels like Intuit doesn't want to put in the effort to make things easier for users.
