too much bugs

don't know why turbo tax didn't fix $250 state efile typo in software. It is actually $25. It makes suspect if turbo tax will make other huge mistakes and make me lose huge money. won't use turbo tax anymore.

2021 tax filing

three years in a row, the software keeps adding the Audit Defense onto my final page. I finally chose to pay with credit card so I could prevent it Choosing pay with refund automatically adds it in. This is a simple return but took 2 hours to do and then to have extra costs added on when I clearly said NO is insulting.

TURBO tax was AWEFUL this year! so many issues!!

I had to redo my taxes 3 times!!! it deleted all my stuff twice due to turbo tax difficulties!! then when i got it to work it was late after april 15 and then had so may issues trying to file cause it wouldnt let me file!! seriously the most frustrated ive ever been with TUrbo tax and i have used it for years!!

Last year was difficult, this year is no better. Clearly untested product. One page they ask for email address and gives an error of invalid character. In the mail option, I am not supposed to enter the address if it is the same as my filing address, but gives an error anyway!

Good, but very confusing for expats.

The app continues to be very confusing for those who may be able to claim an exemption for foreign-earned income, especially if that income might come from a combination of sources including a US company and foreign companies. If you're not careful, you may enter your income from a 1099 in two places and double your income from that source or in the wrong place so that that income is not counted as foreign-earned.

Pretty Good, But don't take alien case in account

Easier to understand than official documenatation.
But for Alien it does not take in accounte the case where you are try to claim your own childrens and "if you are applying for an ITIN or ATIN for the child on or
before the due date of your return" (from 1040 notice, "Who Qualifies as Your
Dependent" chapter. It means on Alien case "Best return garanties is false...
