Personal property tax input needs to be more clear

I had a problem inputting the numbers for my cars and the tax i had to pay,
it seems where the tax i paid were to go wasn't made clear!

Turbotax. Meh!

I've submitted my file numerous times. Yet, it keeps getting rejected stating rejection code: IND-181-01. I've looked up this error code however, Turbotax does not have this specific code available. On IRS website, it states that this error code is: E-filing IP-PIN. A 6-digit. Nowhere on the Turbotax deluxe edition asks you for this 6-digit code. However, you do need to provide a random 5-digit code of your choosing. Frustration!
