TURBO TAX AIG

My taxes are efiled and rejected due to the incorrect AIG for the past couple of years. I take the total of line 11 from the previous year as my password to efile as instructed and still it fails to send. I have to end up mailing it in. Crossing my finger this year. If it fails again, then i'll use Free Tax USA.

I have used turbo tax for several years now and it seems to get better each year. It does a great job of guiding you each step of the process and makes it easy to work with .It asks all the right questions at the right time to make the job easier.

Turbo tax is always great. I have used it for years. My husband had always done this but he passed away in 2018 and I was able to easily pick it up and do it with the tips and guidance that it provides

Formatting issues with last 2 pages

Totally frustrating when the format is set up in such a way that clicking to continue or place order isn't an option. It was hidden behind my tool bar! The only way I could complete the process was to complete the return as a guest
