Turbo tax is horrible

This has been and continues to be so frustrating. It is very difficult to fix a problem I am having. Going on two hours. I hate this program. I have used Turbo Tax in the past with no problem at all but this year is a nightmare!!!!

Been using Turbo Tax for a great many years. Never had an issue with data entry, filing or understanding questions and documents.

My TTax Experience 2021 Tax Year

This is the umpteenth year I've used Turbo Tax, and it performs much the same as past years, providing thorough compliance with the latest tax laws, and great autocalculations with every entry. I would never do all that by hand again.
It still, however, has a few flaws, though they are convenience issues, not accuracy.
The handling of state taxes does not have the same ability to jump to any place, like the federal tax part does. Instead, I had to start at an initial screen and click through a lot of screens before I got to the one I wanted to edit. Intuit should make that more flexible.
The other problem was that TT kept demanding a date entry for an amount = 0, and after the zero was deleted to a blank cell, TT put the zero back in and repeated the demand for a date for the 0 amount entry. That should be a quick software fix.
Another problem was the poor explanation of the economic recovery payout #3 and its effect on the possible federal refund.
