TURBO TAX IS GREAT

Overall, another good year, however there were areas that could have been explained further...I did enter in a stock sales from an Excel sheet, not a Form 1099-B or a Statement, even though I had broker name and FEIN, but the software would not allow me to enter them in...

Multiple turbotax submissions rejected

I have used TurboTax for at least 26 years and have never had taxes rejected. This year in addition to filing taxes for my husband and me, we decided to do the tax filing for our children as well.
Instead of things going as smoothly as they have in the past, all (4) of our taxes were rejected, multiple times, based on the AGI (adjusted Gross Income) from last year not being correct. I reviewed the returns from 2020 for all of us and they are all accurate.
I thought maybe there was a glitch that would be fixed with an update...several updates later and I have no choice but to submit all 4 returns via US mail. What galls me the most is the fact that I have already paid for the TurboTax product as well as the $25 fee per electronic return being filed, AND I still have no understanding as to why this is happening. I could have hired someone to come to my house for less than I'm spending...If I had feedback from Turbotax to help me understand why each one was rejected, it would not be as disappointing. I am still working on getting my filing fee returned; I am happy to pay for services, but I don't want to lose $100 because I used a tax program that didn't help me any more than doing the paper forms myself for FREE.

Been using Turbo Tax for years, and still love it

Very easy to use, pulls in tax data from previous year you just have to update numbers!

TurboTax Was Great!

My experience with TurboTax was excellent again this year. It was fairly easy to use. I ended up with questions on two occasions. I called and spoke with a TurboTax representative both times. On both occasions, the representative was very helpful in answering the question and resolving the issue. Yes, I will used TurboTax again next year! Thank you.
