This year better than last.

This year preparing and filing went much smoother than last year which understand was a difficult year because of government's late changes. But last year's TurboTax help was lacking, also probably due to Covid-19 issues. This year went much better. Thank you!

I live in Vandercook Lake. It is in Jackson County but not in the City of Jackson. Turbo Tax gave me no way to exclude the Jackson County City Income Tax which I do not owe because I am retired and do not live in the City of Jackson

We have used Turbo Tax for years, and it's easy and quick and relatively inexpensive. However, we have not been able to successfully file electronically since the pandemic. We get cued to put in the AGI of the previous year, and we do, and we get rejected. I don't know if this is an IRS problem or a Turbo Tax problem, but it's meant having to mail in our forms and wait months (6 months last year) for our return. (We also use it to complete my mom's taxes for her, and we have no problem e-Filing for her.)
