LOVE IT

I have been filing using Turbo Tax for the last 10 years or more and have never had a problem. It is so simple and fast compared to doing it manually. The best part is that everything is basically the same as in previous years and Turbo Tax imports my information from the previous year and I know from that what I need to have to file.

Jim was extremely helpful and professional, guided me through whole process and made sure I was 100% satisfied of which I was. Taxes can be complicated but not with turbo tax and friendly professional tax assistence from employees like Jim!

The program works very, especially with changes for solar panels. I do not like that I have to pay as much for the direct deposit as I did for the program. It takes away the warm and fuzzy feeling at the end.

I have been using turbo tax for over 30 yrs to file my taxes. always simple, easy to use and am thankful i'm not having to pay high fees to prepare my taxes
