What Happen to Turbo Tax

I have had nothing but problems with this Turbo Tax 2021. I have used the Turbo Tax product for over 20 years. This year has been a nightmare. Maybe it is due to a new laptop or windows 11?

State e-filing was NOT user friendly

I was able to e= file my federal taxes. However, after purchasing the disc and receiving a code to file my state return, it still tried to charge me $25 for the state return. I ended up mailing the state return instead of e-filing. Didn't receive what was promised at purchase.
