Turbo Tax did its job as expected HOWEVER .......

While entering W2G information the program was VERY slow and would freeze!

Good but needs work

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. But I have noticed in the last few years it has become confusing in some areas. Just to name one, to print takes some practice.

Cannot change PIn after my first tryat Fed E-file

I entered my correct AGI from my 2020 return, and a new PIN, the IRs rejected it, saying I possibly need to enter last years PIN, but TT won't let me correct the sent pin

Turbo tax and the community are great

this year was the first time I had difficulty with some of the nuances of new credits due to the pandemic. I also, had difficulty with form 1095-A which I didnt have. The Turbo tax community was great and I quickly found my answers and was able to file my taxes.

More explanation of adding DENTAL to Medical Expense reporting would have been helpful. Also, adding DENTAL INSURANCE premiums to Medical expenses would have been helpful

Had to pay for state filing

I had to pay $25 for state filing even though it was supposed to be included for free in the package I purchased originally. Otherwise, it was easy to use and worked well.
