I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND I ALWAYS GET A GOOD RETURN. NO AUDITS AND I FIND IT USER FRIENDLY.

I love how the product walks me through the various lines/items of the forms in a easy to understand manner. I've been using this product over 25 years and keep coming back, even when my tax situation became a bit more complex - it still delivered.

Lazy programming sometimes

We've used TT for along time, but continue to be annoyed by lazy programming. E.g. opening a box for typing, but not placing the cursor in the box. Or letting me enter into a box in a form, but then requiring me to erase that and enter into their entry box before it was satisfied. Same data (state and zip code).

may switch to another tax online next year

When it's easier to fill the taxes out than it is to pay for filing ....something is wrong!!!! Thanks to the community, but you shouldn't have to adjust the screen size to pay for filing. I wasted so much time with this exact issue.....rediculous!!
