TurboTax accurate as Tax Consultant service

I entered all of my deductions, expenses and taxes and the number seemed high. I brought my taxes to a consulting service and they confirmed the taxes I owed same amount as TurboTax said. TurboTax really is accurate and saved me hundreds of dollars in preparation fees.

excellent features, but some new disappointments

I've used TurboTax products for more than 2 decades. I like the Forms feature. I miss the encouraging words. I was able to click for informative information on many line items or questions asked of me. Some questions were confusing and did not give enough information, so I really had to search the Community questions and answers and the Federal and State Publications for help.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved

turbotax is okay

on every level of filling out form income, deductions it always returns to the top/first category instead of the next. which is annoying having to scroll down to the next category
