TurboTax needs a little work

The entire experience was great until "Final Review". The UPDATE before final review was a nightmare. I wasted 2 hours trying to get it to work. I ended up having to UNINSTALL TurboTax then re-install it from scratch. Not a pleasant experience however it did finally work.

Hard to set up

last year and this even though I should be able to use Turbo Tax on 5 computers when I try to use it on #3 It is blocked. Distressing and big stress and time waste when it should go smoothly. Ever try to get help from representative???? Another huge ordeal. This should not be.

TurboTax Deluxe does the job well. NOT THEIR FAULT THAT THE US TAX CODE IS SO COMPLICATED, requiring asking/answering a gazillion questions
