Decade long user... not a fan

The product is easy and works well most of the time. For what it is, it's expensive. I can't wait for this to move online to a govt site. The fee for e-filing is absurd, esp because my "no error" return was rejected and Intuit doesn't refund the $25. what a joke. First stop, i'm getting off this bus...

Filling out K-3 was not smooth, had to try multiple times. Some of the details requested are not available in the K-3 filing I received.

When trying to E-File state return and charge my card, it keeps taking me to Turbo Tax website.....and regardless of what I do it continues to try to go to site

Very Easy to use; If you aren't sure there is always a {?} button that explains it. I haven't been able to stump it yet in 10 years of using it. And for the first few years I bought and sold securities, options and currencies. Turbo Tax made it easy.
