Never need to engage with support......Information provided answered to all question. The best is the Brokerage interface to get all my tax information imported.

Turbo Tax turns a long complicated drawn-out misery of doing taxes by hand into a streamlined organized automated process. The misery is still there when you owe big.

TT is good, but search & support is very weak.
