Wish our prior returns could be stored in cloud

Hard drive crashed and I couldn't find printed copy of last year's return, so difficult to file this year. Wish copies of all turbo tax-created returns could be stored for us by your company.

the product is good, but needs 24 hour support. I couldn't file for some reason and I don't know what the problem is I had to wait another day.

Turbo Tax makes it simple to do your taxes! It guides you with available pop ups to explain new laws and definitions of tax terms so you can see what applies to you. It helps you get all the deductions you deserve. It's well worth the money! It will save you a lot over paying a tax preparer, and you can go at your own pace. The tax software is also deductable!!!!

Turbo Tax is OK

Turbo Tax is great for simple returns. It is only good for more complicated returns. The interview asks pertinent questions, but sometimes they are too specific and sometimes they're not specific enough. Not all situations have simple answers. When the questions are good, TurboTax makes the whole process go so quickly - it's great! But the your situation isn't addressed exactly, it can be quite frustrating. I've found answers by questioning the TurboTax community of users. They're especially helpful when TurboTax says they've found a problem, but they just show you an inserted picture of a small portion of the filled out tax form, without specifically telling you what info is missing! Again, quite frustrating. If one of the users can explain what's missing rather easily, it seems to me that TurboTax should be able to explain it also. But I've been using it for years now, and basically it's fine for returns that aren't excessively complicated.
