Turbotax is Getting problematic in its old age

IRS sent me a 6 digit PIN for filing but program would only accept a 5 digit number. E-filing may or may not work but there's a disconnect here. Last year I paid to e-file state return but the return was rejected and I never got a refund or an explanation. Going to mail this year. I have 3 different accounts at one financial company and have to manually enter 2 of them every year. Interface with computer seems rougher than in the past. Used Turbotax for over 10 years so I'm disappointed.

Used the Intuit Turbo Tax Deluxe edition and it eased my fears of filing by myself. Turbo Tax makes it so painless and easy to understand for this layman. Highly recommended, especially if your return is without any special items such as investments, business etc.

The size of the font for the Help dialog box is too small plus light blue on white background makes it extremely difficult to read. No option to change the size of the font.
