Turbo tax is o.k. but not great

The child credit prevented us from filing the first return filled out. We have no dependents, yet it showed up as an issue preventing from e-filing. Had to start a completely new return and the errors found were in the same location even though I didn't fill out anything. A real pain in the neck.

TurboTax is okey

After I finished my taxes and got to the point of using my credit card to process $25 fee for efiling, the simple task was not possible to complete. The new window was bigger than my monitor, was not possible to adjust and continue button was not visible. I was struggling until I got an extra monitor. If your software doesn't work with Windows 10, let the customer know!

Turbo Tax provides: clear exlanation, updated information, ease of preparation, and guiding "hand" ensuring user gets all benefits necessary and proper filing.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. A few years back I used a different software vendor and it did not compare with Turbo Tax such as not transferring last years info and importing data from outside sources.
