Wouldn't let me file my state tax returns ?

Not happy I couldn't file tax returns. No way to contact Turbo Tax - had to file Federal and still have yet to file state - looks like I will have to use a different service

Not as good as previous years

Asked me unnecessary questions. assumed we stopped healthcare coverage when we didn't and made me go directly into forms to fix errors with questions that were never asked. And the worst part, there are way too many terms and conditions that you need to agree to in order to simply post a review.

Blank Pages

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years now, and it has always been very easy to use. For some reason, this year was a bit different. There were several times where I would click on DONE with a section and the screen would go to a blank page. And there was no BACK button. I had to go to the top buttons and return to the beginning of the section I had completed. Consequently, it took me longer to be in the least enjoyable task of the year - TAXES. Not sure why blank pages happened, but it was not good. I will probably still use Turbo Tax again next year, but if it happens again...

I had no trouble with TurboTax. My state's tax law and its obscure requests were the only problem. That's the fault of government, not TurboTax.
