it si great program but needs some changes.

Became very frustrated at the end when in order to efile I had to have the license code of my 2020 file to get my AGI from last year. Once I have put all of that info in, it should retain it. Since I have misplaced the original disk, I wasn't able to go back.

I almost missed a big portion of my return. i imported my retirement account and in years past noted purchase and sale of stocks. Auto calculated loss and gains

The program had major problems when entering W2 information. Turbotax really messed up the programming this year. I will likely use a different product next year.

Been using the Turbo Tax product since before it was called Turbo Tax and each year it has gotten better and better. It really is "smoother that silk".

Turbotax can be a pain

This Turbotax is impossible for a lot of mediocre users. I had to update the software before I could efile. I had to do cartwheels before I could find out how to update the software. I almost went for USPS. You need to put a link at the location where it says "need to update software". It should be followed by a link which should read "Click here for update". That simple. My friend was furious because she had to mail her daughter's return because she could not figure out how to update the soft ware. She is entitled to a refund of the efiling fee she paid $25 x 2 = $50.
