TurboTax is great!

TurboTax makes filing taxes so easy! The step-by-step guidance is usually very simple so it's pretty cool to see the end product with all of the additional schedules and forms attached - those are all generated behind the scenes.

Great tax-filing software, but.......see "Review"

Was unable to get to a page to enter credit card number to pay state tax filing fee!........so after several iterations of round and round, I bit the bullet and agreed to have fee (with exorbitant surcharge) deducted from my refund.

I have been using this tax program for decades. So much faster than flipping and looking for the correct number. No restless nagging thoughts of did the math add up or did I forget to add something.

Turbo Tax use to be good, but not any more!!!

I've used TURBOTAX for years and it WAS very good. BUT IT IS NOT NOW!
Last year when it said the processed electronically , it didn't!!! After almost 3 months and no refund, I went on-line to the IRS and it said they had not receive it. But I do have a return card from the US Post Office verifying they did receive it on July 24, 2021. I am still waiting for the paper return to process so I can get my refund!

Today I did my 2021 return and submitted it on-line. It did say it processed, but I will have to wait to see if it really did.
Another problem is that it did not clearly state that the debit from my back account will be based on a "all in 1 payment" or "4 payments over time" ???
Do you know how that will work???
Also, printing the return does not offer a SINGLE payment voucher!!! It is confusing and frustrating.
Also, it is a waste of paper and ink to print vouchers when you are not mailing in a payment. Why did you have software written that is so wasteful?
I do expect a reply to my review from someone, in your organization, who can explain what the reason or logic is for this wastefulness.
