Quick and Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it has always been quick and easy to use. This year I had an issue with loading the program on my computer but received excellent service from an Intuit IT representative named Lorraine who, with great patience, walked me through the issue I was having!

Simple was never so hard

I wish I would have taken screen shots of the offending screens, but many times you can't because you are taken to the forms printing menu. Why can't you resume your work from the same screen you saved your TurboTax work? As for a rating of the user experience: D-

Turbo Tax is second to none!

I have been a Turbo Tax customer for many, many years and I have come to rely on Turbo Tax for my tax preparation and final submission to the IRS year after year. As long as Turbo Tax continues to do what it is doing, I will continue to do what I am doing in using Turbo Tax!

I have used TurboTax for many years and have always found it to be accurate. I like the way it walks you through every possible scenario to see if there's anything new or changed.
