Had an issue printing and saving a copy of my file. However, got great help from the call center who help fix the problem. I have use Turbo Tax many times and this is the first issue I have ever had.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax failed on State return

Paid extra $45 for California 540NR return only to find out additional $25 was required to eFile then California rejected the return. Turbo Tax review of the error found no issues so no fixes offered. Refiled only to have rejected again. No have to mail copy after paying $25 to efile.

Pleasure Using turbotax

I've used turbotax for many years, and have always enjoyed being walked through all of the complexities of my tax returns. My returns have never been questioned by any taxing authority, having always been accurate. Thank you for making this product!

Why all the fees and negativity?

The whole time doing my returns you show I owe money until the last second and suddenly...I don't. WHY? Also, why charge me to e-file when you already charged me to buy your product. Role it all in one and make it seem free even if it's not. I
