Turbo Tax is lacking some features

Turbo tax wants to include info from 2020. Problem is that that info is on a different now defunct older machine. Hard drives DO fail, and backups are frequently incompatible between Windows, Unix and other OSes as well as backup mediums.

Turbo Tax is the Bomb

As always my interaction with turbo Tax was smooth and effortless. 2 hours tops. Such a great tool that takes all the stress out of having to deal with taxes, especially for this 78 year old.

Lots of things changed for me this year. More complicated. Turbo Tax guided me thru it all. Learning curve was tuff but I learned a lot.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
