Online sucks

This year was impossible to tell until the end how much I would pay Turbotax for the online product. A support person clued me in to buy the desktop and transfer all of the work that I did online to the desktop. I have used Turbotax for many many years. I WILL NOT USE IT AGAIN.

Turbo Tax does a great job-- used for years!

I have always had great success with Turbo Tax and I have used it for over 20 years. Only issue this year was after I loaded, the screen was blank so could not proceed. I read on line issue and it was a very easy fix. I just had to choose " run as administrator" and then everything worked fine.

TurboTax worked very good/well

During the review process it showed some errors in areas I didn't have any activity.
I was able to resolve the issues, but I didn't think they should have occurred in the first place.

Turbo Tax just works

I have used Turbo tax since 2005 and have never been audited. It's easy to use and tells me when I forget something. Needless to say, I will continue to use Turbo tax.

TurboTax IRS Penalty and Interest

As I prepare my returns, TurboTax said I owe Penalty and Interest but yet did not show an option to pay this nor did it during payment ask if I wanted to pay penalty.
