It definitely makes it easier!

My overall experience was good. But trying to pay at the end was a headache. I tried to sign up for Audit Defender and have my state return e-filed as well. I couldn't get Turbo Tax to process my payment...and it wouldn't e-file both documents. So, I had to settle for less than I wanted. My loss and a loss for Intuit as well.

So many redundant fields. No explanations on confusing jargon. Payment methods are terrible. Bad integration with the website version.

Easy to use with guidance throughout. Getting you the best deductible in order to get the maximum return back. I think it is so simple that even someone with on computer skills could use this program.

Great software- Easy to use

Took some time to find the info on existing closed mortgage loan vs new loan. I had only 1098 from the existing lender and new lender did not provide 1098 as no interest was charged in 2021 (but loan was originated in November 2021). Turbo Tax has no clear answer for this situation.
1- Where to add point paid for new loan with out having 1098 from the new lender??

Great tax program

I am able to file my own taxes when I use TurboTax. I would like to point out a flaw. I itemize my deductions, and I find that the category choices for itemizing are absolete. They include donations for items that are no longer used, and omit items that are frequently donated, such as food donations. I suggest revisiting this area of your program.
