Turbo tax is not awsome based on my own experience

My experience with turbo tax was very bad to say the least.
1, I have last year tax retuned on the desktop the program could not located to pupulate the fields and import previous data. same story happened to me last year filling.
2. the program was supposed to be good for 5 federal return and one sate free filing return, this info was not true since, you wanted to charge $25 for filling electronically, really!! I have been using turbo tax since 2014, the program never pulled previous data for adjustment from past years.
therefore i am not sure if i will be using your services or turbo tax next year!!!

There was countless errors popping out & couldn't file in a timely manner! I have used Turbo Tax CD /Online for YEARS!! But too many frustration trying to do my tax.

Turbo tax let me down this year.

I did not get the letter with a new pin number. I used last year's and got rejected, altho TT said it was ready to file. No help was available in the software. The box on the return is blue and will not accept any input. After 2 hours on hold, IRS will send a new letter (in 3 weeks). No idea where it will go. Filled out extension form but no address where to send it.
