Help is Horrible

Trying to find answers to questions is difficult. All I wanted to do was changed the allocations of my refund to be applied to my taxes for next year. I couldn't find how to do this under HELP. So I spent an hour scrolling through the whole program. I use Turbo Tax because it will upload last year's Turbo Tax information. I just wish it was easier to use.

All was fine but, at the end, if I wanted to NOT pay for a state filing ($25) it appeared I had to back a whole bunch of sheets and repeat entering info again and it just wasn't worth that extra time; I'm a bit displeased you didn't provide a quickie "I decided not to pay for my state tax efiling - go ahead and file the federal"
