For the last two years your system will not allow payment by debit card. Many hours spent trying to resolve this

I've been using TurboTax since 2002 and the quality of the product continues to degrade. Sometimes I wonder if the calculations are even correct. For example, even though I have used form 8606 every year since 2002, this year there was no prompt to file form 8606, and further, it was even difficult to find the form to fill out. I've never had this problem before. Similar problems appeared when trying to file a foreign tax credit. I may or may not use TurboTax for 2022.

Over the years turbotax has started to nickle and dime us. After 10 years of using turbotax I don't plan on using it next year
