Automating Return Reviews are Great!

I enjoyed the automatic review of information at each step and at the completion of the return to assure me that my numbers were correct and that there were not issues with my return. I also love the sliding scale that calculates your odds of an audit.

TT falls short

For the last 3 years I have had a problem inputting Foreign pension information.
I have tried various work a rounds and some have helped in the past.
this year everything I try has been rejected. Please work out a solution.

I have non complicated returns & having to wait for the updates to load is frustrating. Should be able to chose if I want to update, I the program seems to run slow even though I have high speed internet.
The final comment every year it says a free state but when I hit except, it wants to charge me money, & that is extremely frustrating.

Turbo Tax is so-so!

Many of the labels and references don't match, or don't lead to what they are supposed to.
Not all pages are able to go "back". So, you are stuck and have to page through the section all over.
Some sections we were supposed to fill out did not have an explanation of "WHY", like the section on Puerto Rico, although we already declared where we lived during the tax year - what a pain! Since we didn't understand why we had to fill out child support for living in Puerto Rico. Let the government do their own job.
But then, you have no competition!
